Why two different sites?

You might notice that we have two sites with different products.  Why is this?  Because Sweetwater offers different types of products- one-time purchases, subscriptions, downloadable patterns as well as physical products, one system doesn't fit all.  We started this separate site in February 2017 to handle all of our subscription products.  Our old store had trouble when a customer purchased both a subscription product and a non-subscription product together.  Everything is now kept separate.  If you have an account on thesweetwaterco.com, you will also need to sign up for an account on this subscription site if you purchase a subscription.  The two sites do not share accounts, names or credit card numbers.  However, there are several links on each site so you can easily go back and forth to each site.


I ordered a Tagged subscription.  When can I expect my first label?

The labels are shipped on the 28th of each month.  Your first payment will be charged at the time of sign up.  For example, if you sign up on the 29th of the month, you will be charged for your first month that day, but your first shipment won't happen until the 28th of the next month.  If you sign up on the 24th of the month, your first payment will be charged that day and your first label will ship 4 days later, on the 28th.


I ordered a Project Sweetwater subscription.  When can I expect my first shipment?

You will be charged for the first box at the time of sign up.  However, we won't ship the first box until June 2017.  After the first box ships, we will ship on a quarterly schedule- August, December, March and June.


Can I change the name on my Tagged label from month to month?

Names cannot be changed on a single subscription.  The exact name entered in the "Shipping Address Name" will be used on the label.  You can, however, give a gift subscription and enter the desired name in the "Shipping Address" section. 


I would like to order some non-subscription products as well as a subscription.  Can I combine the orders to save on shipping?

In order to keep everything running smoothly and to speed up the shipping process, subscription and non-subscription orders cannot be combined.


What size are the Tagged labels?

Each design is different in shape, but they will all be approximately 4" x 5".


How do the labels work?

The labels can be ironed on to most any fabric.  You can also top stitch around the edges after ironing to give a more finished look.  They can be hand washed in cold water.  Lay flat to dry.


Can I see each months' Tagged label before shipping?

We will post the design around the 20th of each month on Instagram.  Make sure to follow us @sweetwaterfabric.


Can I see previews of the Project Sweetwater boxes?

We will post box updates on our blog and Instagram. 


I have an account on thesweetwaterco.com.  If I order a subscription, do I need to create a new account on this subscription site?

Yes, you will need to create a new account on the subscription site.  If you update anything on thesweetwaterco.com such as your address or credit card, you must update it on the subscription site as well.  The two sites are not linked together and don't share information.


How do I update my credit card or address information?

Simply log in to your account.  On the account page, click the "edit" button next to the section you need to update.


How do I cancel my subscription?

On you account page under "subcriptions", click "edit" then "cancel subscription.
